By using forgingtheresoluteman.com (this site) or the free companion app the Resolute App (the “App”), you agree to these terms.
What this is
This site is the public home of the book Forging the Resolute Man by Tony Corocher. The App is a free companion utility for buyers of the book. The book itself is sold separately on Amazon.
The App license
The App is free to use for buyers of the book. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own, for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App.
Activation codes
The App is gated by a one-time activation code issued at /unlock after we verify a valid Amazon order ID. Each code activates one device. If you legitimately need to move to a new device or reinstall, contact tony@forgingtheresoluteman.com.
Sharing your code with others is a breach of these terms. We may invalidate codes that show signs of abuse.
Intellectual property
The book content, the App, the brand marks (“Forging the Resolute Man”, “the Resolute App”, “The Resolute Code”, the FRM samurai mark), the protocols, and the visual identity are the intellectual property of Tony Corocher. Excerpts under fair use / fair dealing for review, criticism, or commentary are welcomed; wholesale copying is not.
No professional advice
The book and the App document the author’s personal experiences, opinions, and methods — what worked for him in his specific circumstances. The author is not a licensed physician, psychologist, financial advisor, certified trainer, or any other qualified expert.
